The Community District Education Council of District 26 in Queens has filed a complaint with the Federal Department of Justice regarding the Voting Rights Act. The complaint asserts that the Bloomberg administration's requirement that votes in the CDEC elections may only be cast via an internet site is discriminatory and asks the DOJ to review the voting procedure.
